As a strong leading man, Kevin Sorbo brings a refreshing cadence to Hollywood.
Growing up in Mound, Minnesota, a western suburb of Minneapolis, the "Sorbs" excelled at football, basketball, baseball and golf, but his true passion was always to be an actor. Sorbo received international stardom when he booked the lead role in “Hercules, the Legendary Journeys” (1993-1999).
Sorbo has since acted in numerous sit-coms and feature films, including popular family movies: “Soul Surfer,” “God’s Not Dead,” and “Hope Bridge.” Kevin is also an author of the personal memoir “True Strength” chronicling his near death experience and the three strokes he came back from, and “Chicken Soup for the Soul, Think Positive for Kids.” Kevin leads "A World Fit for Kids”, a successful mentoring model that trains inner-city teens to use school, fitness, sports and positive role models for themselves, and then become the coaches and mentors for younger children.
Kevin is an outspoken advocate for life, and has recently lent his support to the production of the documentary “Gosnell” – the true story of the now incarcerated Philadelphia abortionist. Kevin shares this passion with his wife Sam and their three children.
