This class is facilitated by Carolina Salazar, MSW; and Jeannette Goodman, B.A., M.E.C. Ed. Learn the normal expectations of pregnancy, labor and delivery as well as gather information on fetal development and risky behaviors. The second half will cover post-natal care for both mother and baby, including practical tips for feeding, bathing and caring for your newborn.
A light lunch is included. Please arrange for off-site childcare, but infants are welcome.
