The abortion industry has filed a new lawsuit challenging the provision of omnibus pro-life law HB 2 that requires abortion facilities to meet common sense safety standards and upgrade to the level of ambulatory surgical centers. The lawsuit is being tried in federal court on Monday, August 4th at 9:00 AM, and we need you to come participate in the Pro-life Prayer Vigil at the same time, outside the courthouse!  The vigil will be followed by a state-wide pro-life training at the Capitol.  Wear blue!

August 4 Schedule of Events

  • 9:00 – 11:00 AM         Prayer Vigil at Republic Square, 422 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX      78701
  • 11:00 – 12:30 PM       Break for lunch on your own
  • 12:30 – 3:00 PM         Texas Pro-Life Primer: Keeping Abortion Facilities Closed, at the      Capitol, in the Legislative Conference Center (E2.002)

The CPLC is offering free bus transportation to Austin for the August 4 events. Deadline to reserve a seat is July 31 at 5:00 p.m.  Seating is limited.

Vigilia de Oración Apoyo por la Vida y Entrenamiento Pro-Vida en Austin: La industria del aborto ha presentado una nueva demanda desafiando la presentación de la ley ómnibus pro-vida HB 2 que requiere a las facilidades de aborto a cumplir con normas de seguridad de sentido común y actualizarse al nivel de centros quirúrgicos ambulatorios. ¡La demanda será juzgada en un tribunal federal el lunes, 4 de Agosto a las 9:00 AM, y necesitamos que usted venga a participar en la Vigilia de Oración Pro-vida y a la misma vez, afuera del tribunal! La vigilia será seguida por un entrenamiento pro-vida estatal en la Capital (en Ingles solamente). ¡Use ropa azul!

Horario de eventos para el 4 de agosto

  • 9:00      – 11:00 AM    Vigilia de Oración en la Plaza de la Republica, 422      Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78701
  • 11:00      – 12:30 PM  Descanso para almuerzo por su propia cuenta.
  • 12:30      – 3:00 PM    Sesión de Información Pro-Vida de Texas: Manteniendo      las Facilidades de Aborto en Texas Cerradas, se llevara a cabo en el      Capitolio, en el Centro Legislativo de Conferencias (E2.002)

CPLC está ofreciendo transportación en autobús gratis a Austin para los eventos del 4 de agosto. La fecha límite para reservar su asiento es el 31 de Julio a las 5:00 p.m. El cupo es limitado.
