Payment and Donations
Total Cost:
Cost is approximately $600 ($315 deposit + airfare).
Please note: The registration deposit must be paid by November 6 in order to receive discount. All registrations (including payment) received after November 6 must pay the $315 deposit price by November 13.
Payment plans are an option for paying your pilgrimage fee and airline ticket provided the balance is paid off by June 30, 2019.
Deposit Refunds:
Airline tickets will be purchased approximately the first week of December. Once tickets are purchased the deposit is non-refundable unless another paying replacement is found. Due to lodging limitations the replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. Participant is also responsible for any remaining balance for the cost of the airline ticket.
If the person canceling is a chaperone, any replacement must also meet Safe Environment requirements.
Pilgrimage Balance Refunds:
Remaining balance is due January 5, 2019. After January 5th, payment is non-refundable unless a paying replacement can be found. Replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. If the person canceling is a chaperone, then the replacement must also meet Safe Environment requirements.
