Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner

Every year, we need High School volunteers accompanied by Safe Environment-cleared adults to make the Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner a success. This annual event is an excellent opportunity for youth to earn service hours, meet teens from across the Diocese of Dallas, and gain a more tremendous respect for the dignity of life.
How to Sign Up:
- Decide to volunteer.
- High School students may apply to volunteer during the dinner (3:30 pm to approx. 10:30 pm).
- Adults aged 21+ are needed for the coordination of the youth.
- Complete the online application form located below (scroll down).
- Complete the general release and code of conduct forms.
Each student volunteering must complete the General Release and Code of Conduct forms below. Both forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and forwarded to in addition to being turned in when they arrive to volunteer.
YFL General Release & Code of Conduct
All volunteers must be accompanied by chaperones at all times, such that there are two chaperones for every eight students. Chaperones must be 21+. Adults aged 18-20 do not count as chaperones.
Please ask the parish or school where your chaperones are cleared to provide written verification of the latest date for the Criminal Background Check (CBC) and the latest date for Safe Environment training indicating their status. This information must be provided for each person 18 or older in your group volunteering or chaperoning and emailed to . In addition, each 18+ volunteer or chaperone must complete a Safe Environment Data Information form unless all chaperones are from the same parish/school. Chaperones from the same parish/school may use one form.

There will be a chaperone training held in the weeks leading up to the Bishop's Dinner.
At least one chaperone from a group must attend this meeting.
