Payments and Donations
Total Cost: Cost is approximately $750 ($400 deposit + airfare).
Deposits are due by November 18th
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: The registration deposit must be paid by October 28th in order to receive discount. All payments received after October 28th must pay the $400 deposit price, even if registration was received before this date.
- Payment plans are an option for paying your trip fee and airline ticket provided the balance is paid off by June 30, 2023. You must contact Maddie and sign a payment plan contract by November 18th to take advantage of this opportunity.
Trip Balance Payments: Final balance amounts will be determined once airline tickets are purchased in Early December. Final balances are due Jan. 7, 2023.
Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable after November 30th unless another paying replacement is found. Due to lodging limitations the replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. (Participant is also responsible for any difference between the deposit and the cost of the airline ticket if cancelling after tickets are purchased in early December.) If the person canceling is a chaperone, any replacement must also meet Safe Environment requirements.
Pilgrimage Balance Refunds: Remaining balance is due Jan. 7, 2023. After January 7th, payment is non-refundable unless a paying replacement can be found. Replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. If the person canceling is a chaperone, then the replacement must also meet Safe Environment requirements.
