Presenter is Dr. Maria Leon, Board Certified Pediatrician, FAAP. Dr. Leon will discuss proper ways to wear a mask during Covid & what precautions to take to minimize exposure. The importance of having a pediatrician, what happens at well visits & how often your child should be visiting their pediatrician. The important milestones at each stage of development & what are areas of concern that may need further attention. What happens during a sick visit, what typical illnesses children experience & how to treat them & when a trip to the ER may be necessary.
