Roe Memorial Mass & Diaper Drive/ Eventos Memoriales de Roe

On Saturday, January 16, we will mark the 48th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, legalizing abortion in America and leading to the death of over 60 million unborn children. Join North Texas faithful as we remember those lost and pray for a day when all children are protected and their mothers are supported.
Below is the schedule of events and health protocols.

Roe Memorial Health Notice:
- At church or the prayer vigils, bring a mask to wear and remember to maintain social distancing (6 feet) from other people who are not from your own household.
- It is recommended that you pray and watch the Mass from home (livestreamed via Cathedral Guadalupe channel on YouTube), if you or someone in your household is pregnant, an older adult, or considered at high risk (heart condition, lung problems, diabetes, etc.)
- PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PRAYER VIGIL OR CHURCH if you feel ill, have a fever, or if you or someone to whom you have been exposed has tested positive for or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html) in the past 14 days.

El 16 de enero, el norte de Texas conmemorará el 48 aniversario de la trágica decisión del Tribunal Supremo de los EE. UU. Roe v. Wade haciendo que el aborto esté disponible en demanda en Estados Unidos. Los acontecimientos recientes nos dan motivo para tener la esperanza de que esta legislación pueda estar de salida.
Lo que sigue es un calendario de eventos:
8:30 a.m. Vigilias de Oracións afuera del centros de abortos:
- Centro de abortos Southwestern, 8616 Greenville, Dallas (estacionamiento disponible en Boundbrook Ave. y en el estacionamiento del Centro Cristiano Gaston) y
- Centro de abortos Planned Parenthood, 7989 West Virginia Dr, Dallas (estacionamiento disponible en la calle)
10:15 a.m. Procesión de Rosas
10:30 a.m. Misa Conmemorativa de Roe: Por favor, acompáñenos a la Misa con el Obispo Edward Burns, el 16 de enero a las 10:30 a.m. en la Catedral de la Virgen de Guadalupe.
Por favor traiga donaciones de pañales y toallitas húmedas para bebés a la Catedral para la Campaña: Camina con Madres Necesitadas.
AVISO DE SALUD
- En las Eventos del Memorial de Roe, por favor traiga una máscara para usar y recuerde mantener el distanciamiento social (6 pies) de otras personas que no son de su propia casa.
- Se recomienda rezar y que vea la Misa desde su casa (youtube.com/cathedral guadalupe), si usted o alguien en su hogar está embarazada, es un adulto mayor, o se considera de alto riesgo (condición cardíaca, problemas pulmonares, diabetes, etc.)
