The class will include updates about resources in the community that help mothers and their children.   The nutrition portion of the class is facilitated by Jennifer O’Brien, Ph.D., whose topic is “Skipping the Drive Thru: Feeding your young family healthfully with limited time and resources”.   Light lunch is included.
