Youth Volunteers FAQ
Who can volunteer?
Middle and High Schoolers are able to volunteer as part of the day shift.
High Schoolers and College Students are able to volunteer as part of the evening shift during the dinner.

When are volunteers needed?
The daytime volunteer shift is 9 am - 12 pm (may be released earlier upon completion of duties).
The evening volunteer shift is 4 pm - approximately 10:30 pm.
Where is the Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner?
The Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner will be held at the Renaissance Addison-Dallas Hotel. More details on the location, directions and parking can be found here.
What do volunteers need to wear?
Daytime volunteers should arrive for set-up wearing casual clothes.
Evening volunteers should arrive wearing “Sunday Best” or their school uniform.
“Sunday Best” means slacks and a button-down shirt for men and dresses/skirt and blouse for ladies. Short skirts or strapless outfits are not appropriate. Bring a sweater or jacket as it can be cold in the ballroom!
Does it cost to volunteer?
There is no cost to volunteer for the morning shift.
Evening Shift: Discounted $900 student tables of 10 (8 youth, 2 chaperones) are required for evening volunteers. Email .
Do volunteers go to the dinner?
Daytime youth volunteers do not receive tickets to the dinner (but may purchase them here if they would like to attend.)
Evening youth volunteers must purchase a table to attend the dinner, during which they will have volunteer duties, such as ushering, raffle and Heads & Tails sales. They will be able to eat dinner and will have no duties during the keynote speech. To reserve a table for evening volunteers, please email (see question above for additional details).
