Who can volunteer?

High School Students can volunteer for the evening's dinner activities.
 

What will volunteers help with?
  • Raffle / Heads and Tails Sales

  • Directions / Usher

  • Ballroom Break-Down

  • Other Duties as Assigned

When are volunteers needed?

The volunteer shift is 4:00 pm - approximately 10:00 pm.

Where is the Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner?

The Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner will be at the Westin Park Central Hotel. More details on the location, directions, and parking can be found here

What do volunteers need to wear?

Students should arrive wearing their “Sunday Best” or their school uniform.

Does it cost to volunteer?

There is no cost to volunteer for the Bishop's Pro-Life Dinner

will food be provided?

Yes! This year, we are pleased to offer a volunteer room exclusively for our high school volunteers. They will get their own volunteer dinner and can watch the event via a live stream.

Can high school volunteers stand at the back of the ballroom to watch the event?

Due to limited space, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough room for high school volunteers to stand at the back of the ballroom. However, volunteers can watch a live stream of the event in the volunteer room.

Can I purchase a seat/table for my youth?

Yes! Youth can both volunteer and have a seat/table. If you are interested in purchasing a seat/table, click here, and inform our High School volunteer coordinator at
