Chaperone Applications Deadline – Do not pay deposit until you are accepted.
Essay Contest Deadline - Nov. 18, 2022
Final Registration Deadline – $400 deposit due.
Essay Contest Winners Announced - Dec. 1, 2022
Deposits are no longer refundable unless a replacement is found. (Due to lodging limitations the replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. Participant is also responsible for any difference between the deposit and the cost of the airline ticket if cancelling after tickets are purchased in early December.) - Jan. 7, 2023
