Assist with daycare during a gems class

GEMS extends the ministry of Project Gabriel by offering mothers unique opportunities for personal growth. Through life skill classes, we empower women to explore their identities, deepen their Christian faith, and become better parents. Our program goes beyond education, helping women take their place in the wider world of work and service. Additionally, we support their ongoing education through scholarship awards.

Join Us in Volunteering to Make a Difference

Volunteer Description: Help us assist mothers in need by volunteering to support our daycare program. By lending your time and care, you enable these mothers to focus on their classes, fostering an environment where personal development and learning thrive. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of both mothers and their children.

What We Need: Our GEM's classes are offered on the first Saturday of the month. We need 5 adult volunteers per class / Youth 14+ to assist with our daycare of children that are between the ages of one (or walking) to 12. We have an average of 12 kids in our daycare per class.
