Dallas Roe Events

Special thanks to the many thousands of people of faith who came out to the Roe events on Saturday! With final estimates of 6,000-7,000, this was undoubtedly the largest number to ever march in the Dallas March for Life!

Many people contributed to making the day's events succesful and we want to thank all of you for it. Truly, this event, and all the work we do, could not be done without the efforts of hundreds of volunteers who give their time and energy so selflessly.

We have some video and pictures of the day and will be posting them as they become available. If you have good pictures, or especially pictures with your group/banner, please send them to us at cplc@prolifedallas.org and we wil get them on our website and Facebook page.

Also, we want everyone who marched to know that we are not sure why we were given the last-minute order by the police to march on the sidewalk instead of the street, but that was not according to plan. Please know we will be following up with the police department for an explanation.

Thanks again to all who witnessed for life, and be sure to mark your calendars for the 2011 Roe Memorial Events and Dallas Rally & March for Life on the 38th anniversary of the decision itself (unless it is overturned by then!): Saturday, January 22, 2011.
